We usually reply within 48 hours!


The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free) requires our team a default delay of 10 to 28 days for Metropolitan France: for some products the delay can be higher, in this case we try to display it on the product sheet when it is possible for us.

For all unmentioned countries: the delay/duration default is 45 days to 60 days+, however when we have a better specific estimation we write it on the product page itself.

We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

Delivery times are different for addresses outside mainland France and may therefore be longer (e.g. Switzerland…). In this case, do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

ATTENTION: In exceptional cases (Covid-19 or new viruses or new variants, commercial or computer war or territory, blockage of international trade or the Suez Canal, floods or natural disasters, strike of the post office or truckers or ships or any other trade or part of the supply chain that can impact us, end of year celebrations…) the delays may be longer.

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to [email protected] along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
